Play is a child's natural method of expression and way of making sense of the world. Therapy will help your child learn adaptive behaviors, improve social skills, increase self-regulation, develop problem-solving skills and express themselves.
Oftentimes, children are unable to decipher the complexities of their emotions, which can translate to misbehavior. Parents are left feeling confused and frustrated. Together we will bridge the communication gap and enhance the parent-child relationship.
We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life.
